Terms & Conditions

1. Who we are

These Terms govern the use of the VibeBCN Concierge service operated by VibeBCN S.L. ("we", "us"). By placing an order you ("the Client") accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

2. Nature of the service — Mandate clause

VibeBCN Concierge is a digital concierge and intermediary. By placing an order, the Client grants us an express mandate to purchase, in the Client's name and on their behalf, the official tickets selected for the chosen attractions.

3. Prices and concierge fee

At checkout you see an itemised breakdown: the official ticket price plus our concierge fee, charged per person on a tiered basis. All applicable taxes are included. Prices are shown in euros (€).

4. Orders and payment

Payment is made at the time of ordering through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your card details. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised. We then arrange the official tickets and deliver them to your account / by email once issued.

5. Client obligations

6. Cancellations and refunds

Official attraction tickets are frequently issued for a specific date/time and are often non-refundable and non-modifiable once purchased from the provider. Our policy is:

7. Right of withdrawal

Under EU/Spanish consumer law, the 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to leisure services tied to a specific date or period of performance (Art. 103.l of the Spanish consumer law, TRLGDCU). As most tickets are for a specific date, the right of withdrawal will usually not be available once the booking is arranged.

8. Liability

As an intermediary, we are responsible for managing the booking diligently. We are not responsible for the conditions, closures, schedule changes or denial of entry decided by the venues, nor for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

9. Data protection

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including, with your explicit consent, health-related data (disability status) solely to apply the correct tariff.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction that consumer-protection law may grant the Client. Consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
